Depending on the type of cosmetic packaging, specific small accessories can also be outsourced. The cosmetics packaging industry is closely related to cosmetics, and now the overall homogenization of the cosmetics industry has enhanced the value of packaging materials. In recent years, industry insiders have also called for low-carbon and green packaging material services.
一、 The inner packaging materials are divided into glass and plastic.
- Glass
Glass is used for cream bottles (glass bottle body+double plastic outer cover), essence liquid (glass bottle body+plastic pump head or anodized pump head), toner (glass bottle body+plastic inner plug+outer cover), essential oil bottles (glass bottle body+inner plug+large head cover or plastic drip head+dropper+anodized cover). The production process of glass: The bottle body needs to be sprayed with transparent bottles, frosted bottles, and colored bottles. In addition, white porcelain bottles and essential oil bottles are not commonly used in color, but the order quantity is high. Professional lines are rarely used. - Plastic
Plastic is used for hoses (hose+outer cover/PE plastic used for hoses), cream bottle blowing, essence bottle, water bottle, pump head and outer cover. The production process of plastic: The bottle body is directly used to produce plastic products with added colors. Colored products are more commonly used, while transparent ones are less commonly used. Printing techniques include silk screen and offset printing, as well as hot stamping and silver stamping. The machines used for producing inner packaging materials are injection molding machines and blow molding machines.
二、Outsourcing materials are divided into paper and plastic categories
- Paper category
The paper category is divided into small beer boxes (printed on single copper paper, beer, folded, and glued), and Tiandi boxes (printed on single copper paper, beer, folded, and divided into upper and lower covers). Handmade box: After printing on double copper paper or bank card paper, it is mounted on a cut gray board and combined into a box. The printing and production processes include spot color printing and four color printing. - Plastics
Plastic can be made in PVC/PET bags or cylinders, which can be used instead of paper box packaging. It can be screen printed, hot pressed with gold or silver. Aluminum film composite bag, PE composite aluminum bag is generally used for facial mask cloth and film powder, which can be printed, gilded or silver stamped. Plastic inner support (PVC/PET plastic inner support, EVA foam inner support, flocking inner support, shrink film).
